Cornerstone is an online training platform that allows City employees to request, take, and track the progress of various training courses, whether they are mandatory or for personal development. Trainings offered on Cornerstone include Mandatory and Non-mandatory courses that are always being added, so be sure to check in frequently. Courses may be assigned to employees, or employees can browse courses via the catalog. Enjoy Your Training!

To achieve the mayor's priority of "Restoring Pride and Excellence in Public Service," we are committed to providing training to employees who would like to learn about a supervisor's role within the City of Los Angeles. Nominated employees can attend this extensive training that will help develop and refine the skills needed to manage and lead employees effectively.

Certain Memorandums Of Understanding (MOU) offer training funds for their members. MOU 36, MOU 37, MOU 63, and MOU 64 offer reimbursements for taking work related training.
