The Employee Engagement and Training section offers a variety of training and opportunities for employees to enhance their skills and abilities while working for the City of Los Angeles.
Cornerstone is an online training platform that allows City employees to request, take, and track the progress of various training courses, whether they are mandatory or for personal development. Trainings offered on Cornerstone include Mandatory and Non-mandatory courses that are always being added, so be sure to check in frequently. Courses may be assigned to employees, or employees can browse courses via the catalog. Enjoy Your Training!
