When did the website redesign take place?
The Beta website went live on 02/01/2021 and was accessible on beta-per.lacity.org. The new website launched on 07/01/2021 and is an improved version of the February beta site.
Can I still access the "old" Personnel website?
No, as of 11/1/2021 the archive website was taken down.
How do you provide feedback on this site?
On any page of this website there is an opportunity to provide feedback about the page. Please locate the form at the end of each page (it may be collapsed) can click to expand the form and type in your feedback. Once submitted, we will be able to evaluate it and make changes to the website if necessary.filling out this form .
I provided feedback, but nothing changed. Why is that?
We prioritize feedback based on importance and frequency, and any changes will be made at our discretion. We may also have a high volume of suggestions that may take long to fix, so don't be discouraged if you don't see any changes right away.
The old website had a Reference Library. Where can I find these items in the beta website?
You can find these documents and other resources in the Documents Library page located in the new website’s footer under “Help.” The Documents Library allows you to filter results by keyword, document type and department. If you are still unable to find the document you are looking for, please let us know by providing us feedback.
