Graduation from a recognized four-year college or university.
Applicants must also have the legal right to work in the United States.
Applicants must have good knowledge and skill in Microsoft Office suite.
Applicants with experience or completed courses in budget and finance, personnel administration or special program administration are preferred. Excellent organizational, verbal and written skills are required.
Responsibilities:
The incumbent assigned to this position will support the Administrative Division’s administrative support activities to include:
•Assisting in processing and distributing Board Reports, Motions, Special Orders, and Notices.
•Tracking and following up on Board Reports, Motions, Special Orders, and Notices.
•Assisting with bureau-wide mail distribution, conference room reservations, and bulletin board postings.
•Assisting with other clerical duties as requested and directed by management.
These are part-time positions, working 20-25 hours per week, but no more than 1,040 hours per year.
