BACKGROUND
The Los Angeles City Fire Department has a transfer
opportunity for two (2) Personnel Records Supervisor positions. The two
Personnel Records Supervisor positions will be assigned to the Department’s Administrative
Services Bureau / Human Resources Division / Personnel Services Section –
Records Unit.
WORK SCHEDULE
The Los Angeles City Fire Department offers 5/40
and 9/80 work schedules and has implemented a hybrid telecommuting program
which allows some classifications a minimum of two (2) in-office work days per
week, and on the remaining workdays, employees may telecommute, provided that
the employee has passed their probationary period. The specific in-office days
are flexible and will be coordinated with Executive Management. The hybrid
telecommuting program is subject to change.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Under the direction of the Senior Personnel Analyst I, the Records Unit Personnel Records Supervisor performs the following duties:

Open to current Personnel Records Supervisors
who have successfully completed probation in the class.
