Exciting opportunity to join the Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA) Strategy, Innovation & Experience team as our new Senior Management Analyst II for Experience Programs. In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for overseeing initiatives that enhance the experience for guests and airport employees. You will manage a diverse portfolio including airport activations, employee engagement, volunteer services, including the therapy dog program. We are seeking an experienced leader to help us foster a people-first airport culture and drive engagement with our guests and stakeholders.
