The
Power Construction and Maintenance (PCM) Division intends to fill one (1)
Senior Administrative Clerk position in the Electrical Station Maintenance
(ESM)- Clerical Section.
The duties and responsibilities of the
position include, but are not limited to, the following:
Performs timekeeping duties which
include gathering, evaluating, coding, and inputting daily labor and fleet
information into the Workday. Reviews and corrects various payroll and
timekeeping documents; answers inquiries regarding Memorandas of Understanding
(MOUs), LADWP Administrative Manual, LADWP Working Rules and Civil Service
Rules. Prepares and processes personnel transactions and maintains
personnel records as they relate to hiring, reassignment, transfers,
discipline, and termination
Performs a wide variety of
responsible clerical duties requiring use of independent judgement and
discretion. Schedules, coordinates, and inputs training into Cornerstone;
orders and maintains stationary supplies. Updates and maintains office
procedural manuals, forms and templates; types and edits letters,
memoranda, and reports of a technical or confidential nature. Assist with
records retention and maintenance.
Processes monthly purchasing card
reports. Certifies and processes invoices; prepares Travel Plans utilizing
Extensity; handles petty cash; distributes checks; and sorts mail.
Maintains files of all related documentation;
Performs other related duties.
Cross-training and back-up relief may be required based on the needs of
the division.
