This position will serve as a developer of complex reports needed for CBSS/CCS, along with reports needed for audits, settlement, key performance indicators for field services, billing, and revenue and customer services. Additional responsibilities include but are not limited to: providing ad hoc reporting and data request needs for Meter Services/Field Ops, Financial Services Organization, other DWP Divisions, DWP Exec Office and other City departments and outside entities.
This position may be assigned to support other systems based on business needs, will be required to participate in problem resolution and to respond to emergency operational call-outs to restore system functions, and will interact with various Department groups and employees in varying levels. Overtime and some travel may be required.
