Los Angeles World Airports is urgently seeking to fill an Executive Administrative Assistant II position in the Chief People & Culture Office.
This is a fast paced and energetic Office, where you will gain experience providing administrative support duties such as maintaining calendars, arranging meetings, preparing and composing correspondence, coordinating the Chief Officer’s travel arrangements, preparing and processing expense statements, gathering data, assisting with reports and presentations, providing the Chief People & Culture Officer information and the City of Los Angeles, and other related duties
The ideal candidate will be flexible, versatile, and have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software as they will be asked to assist LAWA’s Chief People & Culture Officer and LAWA’s Personnel Director.
Applicant must currently be employed by the City of Los Angeles.

MUST MEET MINIMUM BULLETIN REQUIREMENTS
Two years of full-time experience as a Secretary or in a class which is at least at that level performing office clerical work.
License: A valid California driver's license may be required.
