Engagement Team is looking for a dynamic Senior
Management Analyst I to help LAWA reach new
heights!
Dive into the world of employee engagement by
crafting strategies that empower and inspire our
workforce while supervising and developing your
team of engagement champions.
Responsible for delivering thoughtful engagement events within reasonable prices for identified themes. May work outside before, during, and after event.
Request, justify, and track associated operating budget funds, purchasing documents, and necessary contracts to deliver engagement event on LAWA campuses.
Research event topics and themes to ensure that event speakers and actives are authentic and germane to the event.
Provide monthly updates to Management regarding event details, expenditures, and prior event results.
Participate in LAWA initiative interdisciplinary teams or task forces.
Supervise and direct two (2) management analysts who perform administrative, purchasing, and outreach functions to facilitate engagement events and fulfill equal employment opportunity responsibilities.
