Under the supervision of the Supervisor, Administrative Intern will assist the Fire
Marshal Office with the following:
Track and coordinate pending and approved fire permits.
Communicate with other FPB Units regarding the status and disposition of
permits.
Track letters and correspondence for final disposition
Prepare requisitions for purchasing office supplies and equipment.
Prepare, edit, modify, scan, and electronically file documents.
Assist with other administrative duties as needed.
Receive training in applicable procedures and standards specific to the Fire
Marshal’s Office.
