Location: City Hall East 200 N Main Street, Los Angeles CA 90012
**THIS IS AN AS-NEEDED (PART-TIME) OPPORTUNITY**
Duties and Responsibilities:
Functions include but are not limited to the following:
Processes incoming and outgoing section mail and assists with managing shared email inbox.
Assists analysts with the interview process, which includes collecting resumes, scheduling candidate interviews, and preparing interview rating sheets for panels.
Conducts reference checks and schedules fingerprint and medical appointments.
Coordinates and collects employee evaluations.
Processes ergonomic orders.
Updates HR logs on a daily basis using Google Sheets.
Maintains and organizes confidential hardcopy and electronic files.
Assists with the front counter.
Other duties, as assigned.
Requirements:
Ability to work with standard office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
Ability to operate standard office equipment (e.g., copiers, fax machines, etc.).
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with the staff and the public.
Ability to follow instructions and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Ability to multitask.
Be at least 18 years of age
Clerical experience with strong organizational, interpersonal, and teamwork skills are highly desired.
Office attire is required.
