Update Maximo and Facilities Management (FM) system with Inventory Usage Request(IUR) information; scan and attach Requisition for Material/Services to IUR’s in Maximo; and data entry into FM system, Microsoft Suite programs, and other departmental applications.
Update, process, and distribute various Power Transmission and Distribution (PTD) reports and logs including, but not limited to, Mileage and Per Diem, Accumulative Overtime Log reports, Outside Employment Request forms, emergency contact information and telephone rosters; and print and organize Sub-Purchase Orders and Recap sheets.
Records retention coordinator for PTD stores including filing, purging, and processing records retention requests; ordering supplies; and distributing mail.
Process invoices/Internal Resolution Forms against purchase authorities and contracts by performing complex calculations to verify accuracy of invoices and payments using departmental systems.
Review and process monthly P-Card transactions for groups within Material Services.
May perform other job-related duties as needed.
A valid California Driver’s license is required
Daily on-site reporting is required
