Responsibilities:
The incumbent assigned to this position will support the Administrative Division’s administrative support
activities to include:
• Assisting in preparing, processing, and distributing reports and correspondence.
• Updating, maintaining, and organizing files for records retention.
• Performing necessary arithmetic calculations and verifying the accuracy of computations on invoices.
• Assisting with initiating and preparing financial documents.
• Processing various types of purchase orders.
• Maintaining supply inventory.
• Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews, onboarding, and other personnel-related activities.
• Communicating and work effectively with staff, vendors, and the general public.
• Assisting with other clerical duties as requested and directed by management.
These are part-time positions, working 20-25 hours per week, but no more than 1,040 hours per year.
