LAWA – Fleet Maintenance & Repair is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented individual for this emergency appointment opportunity.
Key duties will include:
Reviewing, printing, sorting, and distributing weekly timesheets with precision. Distributing paychecks. Coordinating uniform distribution and managing office
supply orders with efficiency. Handling mail and faxes, logging key requests, and processing both preventative and corrective work orders. Delivering exceptional customer service at the front counter and managing the intake of vehicles scheduled for maintenance.
Requirements: One year full-time paid office / clerical experience.
