ITSD intends to fill one (1) Systems Analyst position in the ITS HR Support
section. This position will support the Human Resources Division, Enterprise
Resource Planning Section and will work directly with the functional team. The
duties and responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
  • Collaborate with functional team members to perform data cleanup, requirement analysis, process design, report development, and testing.
  • Create and test custom reports and dashboards in Workday, Power BI, SQL, Oracle BI, and Snowflake.
  • Assist with the configuration, troubleshooting and maintenance of HR business processes in Workday such as the Hire, Change Job, Termination, Onboarding and Benefits Enrollment.
  • Assist with the analysis of semiannual updates, business process issues, and security issues, to identify challenges and opportunities. Collaborate with the functional team to define, recommend and implement solutions.
  • Create and maintain user-friendly documentation for technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Perform other tasks in support of Workday
The work location will be at the John Ferraro Building, 6th Floor Work Hub and
working hours are flexible (e.g., 5/40, 9/80) but subject to change to meet
business needs. Occasional overtime and on-system travel are required

Minimum requirements: Interested candidates must currently be in the
class of Systems Analyst and must have completed probation.

Candidates will be evaluated for the following work-related skills,

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex information and data
  • Ability to address highly sensitive and confidential issues and

  • Knowledge of project management concepts
  • Experience in basic PC troubleshooting
The evaluation of candidates for this position will be based on relevant
education, training, and experience. Due consideration will be given to
attendance records. A background check will be conducted, including review of
attendance records or personnel folder. A performance test may be
administered.
