Reports to and provides administrative support duties to the Chief People and Culture Officer by maintaining appointment calendars, arranging meetings, coordinating and scheduling conference rooms; coordinating and scheduling business travel and conference attendance for the Chief People & Culture Officer, and answering incoming calls.
Prepares expense statements, memos, letters, which sometimes may contain confidential information; proof reads and reviews documents for required form and content; and prepares documents for Chief's signature.
Creates, updates, and organizes electronic and hard copy files, and gathers/cross references information from various sources.
Prints, copies, and prepares materials for internal and external meetings; and other related duties as assigned.
