Provide a full range of clerical support functions for LAMP. Provide general overall clerical duties to include typing, scheduling meetings, answering phones, ordering and maintaining office supplies, sorting mail, preparing work requests, timekeeping
Assist with procurement and contract administration duties such as staffing pre-bid/proposal meetings, tracking insurance documents, and coordinating badge process for primes and sub-consultants/ subcontractors.
Maintain and process documents with intricate filing systems. This includes Prolog for electronic files and preparing hard copy files for the Document Control Room. Assist with Records Retention and Public Records Requests. Provide backup for PDG secretary and/or Executive Administrative Assistants.
