The Department of Animal Services is seeking to fill one Management Analyst for the Citywide Cat Program.

DUTIES

This Management Analyst will provide administrative and budget support to the Director of Field Operations to monitor and manage the Citywide Cat Program. The incumbent will manage and track agreements with participating veterinary hospitals to ensure the program is in compliance with the Department's policies and procedures in addition to local and state laws; process Citywide Cat Program applications and trapping permits; utilize the Vet Portal and other software to enter and manage statistical data related to the Citywide Cat Program; run regular reports on statistical data for Department Executive Management, board reports, reports submitted to elected officials, and respond to California Public Records Act requests; maintain a database of participating veterinary hospitals, rescue organizations, and residents participating in the Citywide Cat Program; and provide support to the Public Information Director for Citywide Cat Program fundraising.

REQUIREMENTS

Must currently be a Management Analyst or have status in the class (regular appointment). Will accept Management Assistant in-lieu of Management Analyst.

LICENSE 

A valid California driver’s license is required.
