The IT Infrastructure Director will be responsible for overseeing the design, enhancement, and implementation of our IT infrastructure. They will lead a team of IT professionals to ensure our systems are secure, reliable, and scalable to meet the needs of LAWA and stakeholders at the airport. 

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement a strategic roadmap for the IT infrastructure that aligns with the LAWA’s goals and priorities.
• Manage and mentor the IT infrastructure team, setting clear objectives and performance metrics.
• Oversee the maintenance, upgrade, and support of all IT infrastructure systems, including on-premise and cloud servers and storage, wired and wireless networks, data centers, fiber optics, sensor infrastructure, and associated hardware.
• Ensure the security of the network infrastructure by implementing industry-standard cybersecurity measures in collaboration with the cybersecurity team.
• Collaborate with other LAWA business units, stakeholders, and construction programs to identify and integrate technology infrastructure solutions that support security and LAWA operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.
• Prepare and manage the IT infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness and return on investment.
